First journal entry/blog post. Reflect upon the things that you are learning and experiencing so far in this course. What are things that you are looking forward to learning and experiencing? What were some specific insights that you found while reading your book and reading some of the blogs? Why do you think that keeping an Entrepreneurial Journal will be a valuable tool?

So far I have not learned anything new.  Everything is a rehash of things done in other classes.  The review does no harm and as designed does reinforce the desired learned concepts.  I am looking forward to seeing what develops as the class progresses.
I have already started on my 100 day project which shall at the moment remain anonymous as it will be a later assignment.  In regards to blogging, I have very strong feelings regarding it.  This is not useful, helpful, or of any value to me.   My internet presence is managed as a professional tool. I feel this kind of thing is not really a good thing for working professionals and I will be deleting this as soon as possible.
The book that I have chosen is Dave Ramsey's "Total Money Makeover." It was chosen for it's being on the approved list and its popularity along with the fact that it mirrors what the Church has always taught regarding personal finances. More on that in my book report.

The concept of an Entrepreneurial Journal may have use for younger entrepreneurs in that it can be a reference source.  For me the benefit would only be that it is a class requirement for a major that is a default and just happens to be what BYUI offers that is in the ballpark of being semi-useful.
